Ways To Save- Make Foaming Hand Soap

Best Blogger Tips
With 3 girls at home who love to wash their hands, we use a lot of hand soap. I do stock up on hand soap when it is on sale and I use a coupon of course and usually pay only about .40-.60 for each bottle- which is a great stockpile price.

But out of the blue our oldest daughter asked for foaming hand soap. Have you seen the price on these?!?! But after thinking that I could use regular hand soap to make foaming hand soap and make each bottle last longer, I went ahead and bought 4 foaming hand soap dispensers. (I did wait until they were on sale B1G1 FREE at CVS.)

So this is what you need.....
  • Liquid Hand Soap or Body Wash
  • Foaming Hand Soap Dispenser
  • Water
Add enough hand soap or body wash to fill the foaming hand soap dispenser about a fourth of the way full. Then add enough water to fill up leaving about 3/4 of an inch away from the top. Put the dispenser back on and shake it up!!
That is it, it is that simple!!
Now those .40-.60 bottles will last me 4 times the use, saving me and my family even more!!

We've been making our own foaming hand soap for months and it is so easy! It really does save a ton and takes hardly any time to do. I've heard you can do the same with dish soap but haven't tried it.
