Review & Giveaway- Wanchai Ferry & Macaroni Grill Dinner Kits+ $25 Visa Gift Card- CLOSED

Best Blogger Tips

Here is the 1st of many to come of my "12 Days of Giveaways"!

Wanchai Ferry & Macaroni Grill have teamed up to help bring back date night!! They have created dry dinner dishes to help you recreate those special nights that you use to have, you know before kiddos!!

I was so excited to try some new dinner dishes!  With our busy schedules lately we tend to stick to the same boring meals everyday, they are easy and I know the kids will eat them. Even though I would have liked to recreate a date night with my hubby and tried these meals just the 2 of us, babysitters are few and far between, so we ate them as a family!!

We first tried the Orange Chicken from Wanchai Ferry. The orange sauce was a little too tangy for my 2 year old and my 6 year old but my 9 year old loved it!! My husband and I thought that it was great and that it had just enough sauce to cover the chicken!

Wanchai Ferry offers a huge selection of great dinner kits; Cashew Chicken, Spicy Garlic Chicken, Orange Chicken, and Kung Pao Chicken.

Macaroni Grill Creamy Basil Parmesan Chicken & Pasta is what we tried another night and I have to say this one was my favorite along with the rest of my family!!

Everyone in my family absolutely loved this meal. In all honesty, I could have made another box of it and they would have scarfed that one down as well!! The creaminess of the sauce and the flavor of all of the spices where just wonderful. I am a huge pasta fan so I was thrilled to find another great dish that I know my family will eat! This dinner kit was also very easy to prepare which is nice when we don't always have a lot of time!!

You can also find these great dinner kits from Macaroni's GrillChicken Piccata and Angel Hair Pasta, Creamy Basil Parmesan Chicken & Pasta, Chicken Alfredo with Linguine, Garlic & Herb Chicken Penne, and Chicken Marsala with Linguine.

Buy it: Wanchai Ferry and Macaroni Grill has offered a coupon of $1.50 off any 2 boxes of either Wanchai Ferry or Macaroni Grill Dinner Kits. Take this coupon to your local grocery store and pick up yours today!!

my favorite date night with my husband was actually a few weeks ago. We have been married for 5 years and with a 4 and 2 year old and not many close relatives we only go out once every few months. We went to our favorite restaurant and talked and talked for over 2 hours. It was a great way to reconnect and enjoy each other outside of the house.

My favorite date night was my first time out after I had my son, it was about 5 months after I had him and we went to a really nice steakhouse and had wine. I LOVE wine!

Best date: My husband and I went to Barnes & Noble before the movie, after coffee, he grabbed a wrestling magazine and I grabbed Forbes and we sat reading and sipping coffee. It made me think how wonderfully different we are and still good after almost 12 years of marriage. It was a fun and ironic moment.
