Great job saving! I went to CVS for the finish detergent as well, I may have to give some away though, since we more often than not wash our dishes by hand except when we let them fall into a huge pile. Please come link up at the Bluegrass Savers Weekly Shopping Page.

Our dollar general did not have the cream of wheat. I normally never shop there, is this common that some stores will have and some wont?

I have 2 DG that I sometimes visit and I have only seen a few times that they did not carry the same things. But the $1 Cream Of Wheat was not with the breakfast foods at my store. They have one aisle that is just $1 items and it was there. Next time you are there see if they have a separate $1 aisle!!

Very nice! I've never tried Dollar General, though there's a store in the same shopping plaza as a local, non-chain grocery store I visit every couple of weeks which has really good prices on produce. I will have to stop by and check out their selection.

Thanks for linking up! Have a great week!
