I was sent the Affresh Washer Cleaner and could not wait to try it out. At first I was a little taken back that there is a washing machine cleaner, really you are suppose to clean that thing? I had no idea. After just one cleaning of my washing machine I did notice a difference. I never noticed a bad smell coming from my washer before, but never a very good one either. But after using the Affresh Washer Cleaner I notice a fresh smell in the washer. Not only did the machine smell better but my clothes seem to be cleaner and definitely smell cleaner after each wash. It is amazing what cleaning your washing machine can accomplish.
With Mother's day right around the corner, I think this would be a great gift. I know, what mom really wants something that is going to clean their washer. But in all honesty, as a mom who does at least 2 loads of laundry a day. Having a washer that would work better with out me working harder, would be a great gift for me. So when mom is not paying attention, use one of these Affresh Washer Cleaners and see if she notices a difference. Cleaner and better smelling clothes will make this mama very happy!!
Here is a special not about Affresh Washer Cleaner from the manufacturer:
From the Manufacturer:
Affresh Washer Cleaner removes and prevents odor-causing residue that can occur in all brands of HE washers. While bleach only kills odor-causing bacteria leaving behind the detergent residue, Affresh Washer Cleaner uses surfactant chemistry to remove the root problem. Affresh cleaner is a formulated, slow-dissolve, foaming tablet that gets under residue, breaks it up, and washes it away leaving the washer smelling fresh and clean. Simply place one tablet in the wash basket (without clothes) and run a Normal Cycle (hot option) or Clean Washer Cycle. Affresh brand is environmentally friendly, safe on septic tanks, and safe for all washer components. Package includes three tablets.Product Description:

To unclog drains:
Pour baking soda down the drain or at least sprinkle it around the drain. Heat white vinegar and pour it down the drain. You may need to do this more than once, but it will unclog your drains!

My favorite tip is to save the peels after juicing a lemon. Put the peels down the garbage disposal to freshen it. :)

This is fantastic. Fingers so crossed if this adds a bit more life to your washer. I have had mine since I got married 16 years ago. I am hoping it holds out for 2 more years until my daughter gets out of high school and we move again. We replaced out dryer a couple of years ago and it's already junky. They must not last as long as washers. I have no clue. Lol.
Oh, my tip: The magic eraser type things that came out a few years ago are amazing little shower cleaners. I had a dirty shower that I didn't think I would ever get completely clean and it did after using one of those. Very cool little invention.

I use white vinegar for everyday messes! It works better than most cleaners!
I hate cleaning and have very few tips- mostly my tip is to wait until my husband does it. haha :-0
Also, I have a lot fewer outfits for my kids than I used to. They are 3 and 5 so it has really reduced the amount of laundry I do!!
Thanks for the great giveaway!!
